Experience

With almost 20 years of working in all settings I a wide range of experience. While I have an interest in optimising movement in those without injury, I have excellent skills and experience in working with acute and chronic injuries. I take a pragmatic approach to working with chronic injuries, on reducing pain and encouraging quality of movement.

A very highly experienced physiotherapist, with almost 20 years of practising in private, NHS and community settings. I am currently a part-time senior lecturer of physiotherapy, and am now practising in Lingfield. I believe in the modern tenets of evidence-based practice but am still proud of the array of manual therapy skills I have developed in helping people to maximise their movement.
