Martial Therapist

The approach of the martial therapist is to look at the age-old movement patterns in traditional martial arts. In complete systems there are exercises, patterns and movements which restore and create balance.

The Martial Therapist also recognises the psychology of those who compete or train hard without breaks often carrying on through chronic pain and injury. The focus for this is to use powerful restorative manual therapy, and optimise movement patterns to allow strained tissues to recover.

It's a totally unique approach based on 25+ years of training combined with 20 years of experience as a therapist - working hard and training with others.

I also work with those seeking to maintain or improve movement and want to stay injury free.

Chartered Physiotherapist

A very highly experienced physiotherapist, with almost 20 years of practising in private, NHS and community settings. I am currently a part-time senior lecturer of physiotherapy, and am now practising in Lingfield. I believe in the modern tenets of evidence-based practice but am still proud of the array of manual therapy skills I have developed in helping people to maximise their movement.
